Thermoforming
Shaping interior parts (carpets and noise insulation) to the final geometry of the mold.
Features and capacity:
  • Ability to manufacture high-complexity products made of different material layers.
  • Thermoforming process involves different equipment — contact and IR furnaces, moulding presses, cooling and tooling stations - press molds.
Waterjet cutting
Waterjet cutting at a pressure of 3500 bar.
Features and capacity:
  • 100% repeatability of product geometry both on the contour and on elements of any complexity.
  • Production of parts with different geometry in turns on two tables
Plasma cutting
A plasma jet with temperatures ranging from 5,000 to 30,000 ºC and speeds ranging from 500 to 1500 m/s is used instead of a cutter.
Features and capacity:
  • High-tech and least expensive way of metal heat treatment.
  • Optimal method for fast cutting of metal sheets and pipes.
Cold stamping
Manufacturing of products from cold-rolled sheet material by drawing, forming, bending, cutting, punching, and other processes.
Features and capacity:
  • This method allows to manufacture products for direct welding of the car body, as well as various fixing racks, necessary for the car assembly.
  • Simple shaped products are manufactured on automated lines with forces from 50 tons to 750 tons.
  • Complex shaped products are produced in several operations using single presses with a capacity of 50 tons to 500 tons.
  • The stamping technology uses different grades of sheet steel material with thickness from 0.5 mm to 8.0 mm.
Welding
Two types of assembly welding are used in our company - electric resistance welding and arc welding.
Features and capacity:
  • Electric resistance welding is a process that produce coalescence of faying surfaces where heat to form the weld is generated by the electrical resistance of material combined with the time and the force used to hold the materials together during welding.
  • Arc welding is a welding process that is used electricity to create enough heat to melt metal. The electric arc temperature (up to 7000 °С) exceeds the melting point of all existing metals.
Heat treatment
We perform hardening and related thermal operations on parts made of any structural and tool steels with dimensions ranging from 5x5x5 mm to 500x500x700 mm.
Mechanical operation
  • We produce small and large-size parts up to 1500x3000x300 mm, bodies of rotation with a diameter up to 600 mm, a length of 2000 mm and an accuracy of +- 0.05 mm.
  • We produce stamping tools and dies with a hardness of more than 55 HRC.
  • form accuracy of +- 0.02 mm.
